Best NBA Player Props Today - November 5
Sunday’s wall-to-wall Sports schedule is a bettor’s paradise, but don’t sleep on the latest NBA odds for today’s five-Game slate.
That includes another Victor Wembanyama show, the Memphis Grizzlies’ quest for a first win of the year, and some nostalgic flashbacks as Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors battle the Cleveland Cavaliers. In short, the NBA picks jump off the screen.
With the action tipping off with a pair of afternoon games, I’ve weighed up Sunday’s schedule and the pile of NBA player props to bring you my top three picks.

NBA player props for November 5
Prop bet #1: Spicy P heats up
With a new head coach and a new system, there are some big adjustments underway for the Toronto Raptors — and nothing seems to be feeling that effect more than Pascal Siakam odds.
Siakam, who led the Raptors with 24.2 points on 18.5 attempts per game last season, is off to a slow start by his standards. He’s taken 15 shots or fewer in four of Toronto’s six games so far and there’s a delicate balancing act ongoing in Toronto with Scottie Barnes leaping to the No. 1 option.
Still, the Raptors can’t afford for Siakam to be a bystander in their half-court offense. He’s too good for that, and nights like his 5-for-11 effort for just 10 points against the Philadelphia 76ers on Thursday aren’t going to cut it.
Siakam is too good not to bounce back and I like the Over on his points prop today against the San Antonio Spurs, with the line dropping to 19.5. The Spurs are giving up 121 points a game and Spicy P torched Gregg Popovich’s team on the way to 37 points in their most recent meeting.
Head coach Darko Rajakovic has talked about the need to get Siakam more quality touches, and I see Toronto seeking out its most accomplished scorer more deliberately in today’s matchup.
This points prop is almost insultingly low for a player who narrowly missed out on All-NBA selection last year, and I feel like a big game is coming.
Pascal Siakam prop: Over 19.5 points (-115 at DraftKings)
Prop bet #2: Ayton in action
With the Phoenix Suns sitting at 2-4 and the Portland Trail Blazers riding a three-game winning run, we may already be in the territory of second-guessing Phoenix’s decision to dump Deandre Ayton and scoop up Jusuf Nurkic in the monster Damian Lillard trade.
But there’s no going back now, and Ayton is off to a promising start in Portland — even with his role in the offense still being ironed out. Tonight’s matchup against the winless Memphis Grizzlies and their thin frontcourt stands out as a real opportunity for another eye-catching stat line.
Steven Adams, the Grizzlies’ best rebounder, is out for the season and Ayton has a clear path to double-digit rebounds. He’s averaging 13.7 boards a game so far this year, including a 23-rebound masterclass against the Toronto Raptors earlier this week.
After scoring a combined 25 points across his first three games, Ayton has looked sharper in his last two games, with 16 points in each of them on over 60% shooting. That’s more in line with where he should be after averaging 18 points a night for Phoenix in the 2022/23 season.
I love the Over on this line for the points + rebounds tonight that Deandre Ayton odds are offering. He’s capable of getting most of the way to that total in either category and already has four double-doubles this season. He’s primed to stuff the box score again here.
Deandre Ayton prop: Over 24.5 points + rebounds (-104 at FanDuel)

Prop bet #3: Chef cookin
Coming off a dramatic game-winner against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday, Steph Curry is making a strong early statement in the MVP race. As usual, that begins with lights-out shooting from beyond the arc.
Curry is off to a blistering start from deep, shooting a ridiculous 46.5% and making five or more triples in four of the Warriors’ first six games. I’m taking these Steph Curry odds in hopes he'll serve up another explosive night from downtown.
With Golden State sweating on the Health of Klay Thompson, who’s questionable with adductor tightness, there could be even more shots up for grabs as the 2022 champs arrive in Cleveland to face Donovan Mitchell and the Cavs tonight.
Curry has attempted 10 or more triples in every game so far and he’s been especially lethal on the road, with 25 three pointers across the Warriors’ four contests away from Chase Center. He should be able to get any shot he wants against Mitchell and Darius Garland here, and he’ll be equally comfortable dragging the Cleveland big men away from the paint.
I see Curry continuing his hot streak against a Cavs team that gave up 121 points to the Indiana Pacers on Friday and can’t call on an elite perimeter defender to hound him.
Steph Curry prop: Over 4.5 made threes (-122 at Unibet)
